Gathering Information
- We first surveyed the need for training among the SO, RO and Branch Managers. We visit their work places and we observe what they do. How do they communicate with their customers? What are the words and sentences they use while persuading the customers? How do they conduct the meeting and follow the stand operation procedures?
Understanding the Industry
- On understanding the industry (Micro Finance) and the operational methods Equitas is introducing, we have submitted our report along with our recommendations.
Providing Training
- The training modules were designed and approved by the training department.
